Project description

Project developed and realised while working for OnePlus, under the management of DM global department as a graphic designer, NOT in association with Miio Studio.

This video is the presentation to the public of the second version of earphones produced by OnePlus. The design of this video has been developed from the shape of the earphones themselves. The back pattern is half-way between modern DJ deck and the vinyl. It leads to the creation of an old school swing where the earphones can dance around the frame of the video. From ideation to implementation, the project has been directed by our Graphic Designer in collaboration with a motion designer.

Story board - Road-map of the video

The story board is the road-map aimed to ease the work of the motion designer. It allows you to understand the graphic language and the overall pace of the animation. Changes between final story-board and the video itself occurred as experimentation is still going on after the end of ideation.

The Video - A multimedia support for communication

Video, by combining images, motion and sound is a great support for communication that allows you to convey a strong and rich message in a short time. With few elements you can share a lot of ideas and merge them with feelings attached to the brand. More than a succession of images, video is a great tool to breakdown complex ideas into simple and efficient concepts that enrich one another.
